The Easter story from Matthew chapter 28, life, hope and resurrection in the wake of the cross, death and sufferings of Jesus. God has a tendency to do things back to front, writing an end of disaster, catastrophe, sorrow, suffering and saddness before the new beginning of resurrection life in Jesus. Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Jesus came to perform the final death rites and rituals, to find an Angel, seated on the stone displaying an empty grave! Heaven was interested in the resurrection of Jesus, the angels were interested in the resurrection of Jesus, are you? Jesus in the resurrection and the life, the way to heaven, the door into heaven and He alone is able to cleanse me from my sins and fit me for heaven.
