In John chapter 3 Nicodemus a leader of the Pharisees comes to Jesus by night, afraid to be identified, with everything to lose and carrying the baggage of religion he encounters the unique Jesus, unique in who He is as the Son of God, unique in what He has done at the cross and unique as the only way to heaven.
